Key Pieces, Fall 09' Designer Trends

Busacca Fashion Gallery (http://www.busaccafashiongallery.com/) philosophy is to find unique, fashionable, and quality fashion pieces. Aiming to find one-of-a-kind items, is just one element of BFG. Keeping up with upcoming trends plays a huge part on what's reflected & displayed at Busacca Fashion Gallery. Designers pulled out all the stops for New York Fashion Week. From hot-pink tight dresses, to rave-ready leggings and iridescent skirts, there were plenty of tempting styles to talk about, especially those retail lover's can score a lot of these updates without blowing your budget.

80's Inspired Pea coat

Simple, chic, and a little jolt of confidence, 80's inspired black jacket was shown this Fall 2009 season. Structured jackets that add a little volume at the shoulders, can make your posture seem stronger and slims the waist, says designer Phillip Lim. Similar style can be found at BFG. A Marc Jacobs classic, fitted, stylish pea coat is a staple piece for this season. Color is classic black, with stripped silk black lining and red ribbing on the inside to provide added detail. Fabric is a heavy wool to provide warmth, and has a little extra room for layering underneath. This is a traditional piece, with a twist of modern style. Lots of Layers

The best thing about Fall is layering! Nothings cozier when the temperatures drop than a sweater to warm things up. In addition to sweaters, the fur vest was the outer layer of choice, showing up on more than a few runways. Scarves, leggings, and leather jackets round out the options for layered looks. You can find many of these layered pieces instantly under 'Outerwear' at BFG. From Rebecca Taylor to Donna Karen, this seasons trends sprouted up all over New York's fashion week.

LBD

Little black dress (LBD) is always a key staple that will never go out of style. Although times tare changing, and the LBD is also changing with them. Designers looked toward the future with seriously severe shapes, sleek cutouts and body-hugging silhouettes that brought these black dresses a very next-century feel. (If only we could fast-forward through these slightly-less-than-awesome times!)
